Which solutions are you looking for?

Finance & Control

As Project Controller or Plant Controller improving the collaboration with the business partners, but also simplifying routines, performance analysis of the portfolio, or presenting renewed insights into the business model.

Strategic Planning

Organising and constructing the most important decision for any organisation: Where and how to deploy people & resources most effectively, and how much that costs! Smart prioritising of Opex/Capex will make the real value drivers visible, also within the accounting!

Management Intervention

As Troubleshooter, relieve and motivate the team to cope with changes that (seriously) disrupt the company’s results, incl. (re)defining the strategic goals with weekly smart monitoring of KPI’s.

Existential Coaching

For people who do not shy away from self-reflection yet seek answers to the ‘why’ question or feel they lost space and want to be more authentic again!

Where does my experience come from?

Within a turbulent economy, constantly changing legislation and widely varying business cultures, you learn that before strategy or financial results, it is the people that bring it about!

As a business strategist, I gained a lot of practical experience in Brazil. For more than 10 years, I helped several companies making the necessary adjustments.

My greatest leadership experiences:
  • Turnaround in 6 months & Management Buy-Out
  • Integration supply chain to treasury with >35% stock reduction
  • ISO9001 ‘License-to-Operate’ certification in 8 months

In the Netherlands, I advanced firmly into corporate governance and finance business partnering.

I use my experience of managing real business risks and crises as an art to translate strategy into daily practice. You want decisions to be supported with factual insights from the organisation, and redesigning activities or processes should create value.

My best strategic results:
  • Prioritised €650M Zero-Based Budget & advice to sell a business unit
  • Redefinition of business drivers & product selection after ROI analysis per investment level
  • Redesign of 25 F&A processes in 4 months, to support the growth ambition
